If you want to see how customers become paid members, simply register as a new member, and join the program called "A buck a peek". This will walk you through the process your members would use.

This script can create an unlimited number of affiliate programs, and all of them using any number of tiers (MLM) and or powerlines (X-up), and all of them running off one domain and database, so all the members can create one downline within the network. They also maintain one profile, username, password, and login area. In other words, you can create an ENTIRE NETWORK of programs, with just one installation of our software.

This software runs Passport To Wealth, Perfect Wealth Formula, Your New Fortune, Easy Daily Cash, EDC Gold, and Automatic Money Machine, to name a just few.

1) The first component is the tier (think levels) structure. This can be set up as an MLM comp plan, to pay multiple levels deep (it can go infinitely deep - you decide how many levels to pay). You can also set this to pay only on the first tier (level), which pays affiliates for direct sales only (sales from members they personally refer). Tier one only comp plans are not MLM. Payments can be normal (one time), or subscriptions.

2) The second component is the powerline (x-up) structure. This can be set as a 1-up, 2-up, 3-up, 4-up, 5-up, etc.. (any number you wish). This can run alone, or in tandem with the tier structure, to create a unique hybrid comp plan. Payments can be normal (one time), or subscriptions.

3) The third component is the admin fee. Payments can be normal (one time), or subscriptions.

Each program can run all 3 components, or just 1 one or 2 components, if so desired. So you could, for example, have a program with no admin fees, or a program that pays only the admin (useful for selling or upselling lead capture pages, traffic, advertising, etc..), or just a tier comp plan, and or just an x-up comp plan, paying the members only. The fees for each component can be set to any price you desire.

NOTE: The admin earns like any other member. Meaning members they refer will pay the admin any tier and powerline commissions, as defined in the program.

If your comp plan is quite complex, and requires multiple levels or programs, more programs can be created to accommodate your needs. You can run these programs side by side but independently, or linked together, using our child/parent feature. This feature will give members a comped (complimentary paid membership) status in the child program, when they buy into the more expensive parent program. You can also qualify them in the child program(s), if you wish.

Each program can have it's own unique back office, with unique design, or, it can be as simple as adding single paid members only pages (for paid content or downloads), for each program. Members have access only for the program(s) in which they have paid, as well as any child programs of those programs.

Let's say you want to run a program with 4 levels, all at different price points. With the MLM / Powerlines Modular Multi-Program Network Creator, this is super easy to create, and we'll even set it all up for you.

To run multiple levels, you'll need to set up a new program for each level, however, you could call them "programs", or "levels" when describing your program to your members - it's all up to you how you classify your system.

Each program (i.e. level) can be chained together with our unique "child/parent" feature, which allows you to run multiple programs as one big program. Here's how it works:

Let's say you set up you four programs, at the following price points - 1) $100, 2) $200, 3) $300, 4) $400. (The compensation plans do not matter for this example, so we will not get into that).

Now, you could elect to run these programs completely independent of each other, if you so desired. OR - you might want to reward people joining the higher priced programs, to get a free or "comped" membership into the lower priced programs.

Buy a membership in program 2, and get a free membership in program 1 Buy a membership in program 3, and get a free membership in programs 1&2 Buy a membership in program 4, and get a free membership in programs 1,2&3

Optionally, we can also set it up, so members will also be qualified in the child programs (this assumes a powerline compensation plan is present in the program).

NOTE: Powerlines are program dependent. If the example above were 4 powerline programs, members would be required to qualify for each program independently (unless you ask us to set it up otherwise, and then qualifiers can be given away in child programs):

*If the program is a one time fee, then the member will have a lifetime membership in the program they purchased in, as well as all the child programs of that program.

*If the program is subscription based (meaning any of the required payments are recurring), then the member will keep their membership in the child programs, only as long as they continue to remain an active member (continue to pay) in the program they joined. In other words, if they stop paying, and their subscription (and grace period) expires, they will lose their membership in that program, and all child programs of that program.

Modular means flexibility - you can add as many programs as you like! This feature has even more applications besides running multiple programs, since you could use it to upsell just about anything to your members. It could be used for an online store! Add as many items or services you like in your back office, and each one of them will have it's own secure payment process, as well as it's own protected page or pages for accessing downloads or just web page content!

Typical 1-up and 2-up programs force members to pass up their first, or first 2 sales. The compensation plans these models provide is excellent, but the problem is all too often, members grow impatient, waiting on those "qualifying" sales, before they can be compensated themselves.

The MLM / Powerlines Modular Multi-Program Network Creator is perfectly equipped to ease the pain of the powerline commission pass ups - by allowing the admin to create hybrid programs, that pay out commissions on all direct level 1 (personally referred) sales, in addition to the powerline commission. In this fashion, members don't completely lose any sales, because they earn a fixed amount on all their direct sales, while they qualify for the x-up commission structure. They could even earn multi-levels deep if desired, in addition to a powerline.

We just recently modified our software, to allow the admin to change the positions of the qualifying sales. So, instead of a member passing up the 1st sale (if a 1-up), they might be required to pass up their second or third sale. In a 2-up, they might be passing up their 1st and 3rd sales, or perhaps their 2nd and 4th sales, or their 3rd and 4th sales. The combinations are endless.

This modification to the powerline software, allows all members to break even, and get into profit faster than ever before! And the sooner members get into profit, the more likely they are to remain in the program.

This feature actually makes bigger x-up powerlines feasible. Rarely seen is a 3-up, or higher, since even 2-up programs struggle while members grow impatient trying to qualify. Now, with the ability to change positions of the qualifying sales, the idea of 3-ups, 4-ups, or even 5-ups is not too far fetched.

For example an admin could run a 5 up, and define the powerline sales as sales 2,4,6,8,10 or 1,3,5,7,9, or even 3,4,7,8,11,12. Add to this the ability to pay on direct sales (with the tier commission component), and with the right numbers, your members can get into profit faster than ever before. Ah, the possibilities! :-)

Your affiliates can accept one time AND subscription payments in the same program! For the example, the affiliate might get one large powerline payment once, plus a smaller recurring monthly subscription payment. The admin meanwhile, can also take a monthly subscription payment, or a one time payment if preferred.

Subscription membership programs, are defined in days. The most common is 30 days, but you could also set it for 90 days, 180 days, 365 days, or any number of days you wish, creating quarterly or semi annual membership fees, etc.. We also have a yearly fee option, to allow members to pay for a year in advance. This fee typically saves the member money against what they would pay otherwise, over a year's time. A lifetime fee option removes the requirements of ever paying subscription fees again. A good rule of thumb on this fee, is to price it 2 - 3 times higher than the yearly fee.

Payment types within a subscription program, can still be defined as one time or subscription, and these can be mixed and matched, any way you like. So subscription payments might go to the admin only, with one time payments for the tier(s), and or x-up powerline, or subscription payments could be paid on 2 or even all 3 compensation components, within the program.

The MLM / Powerlines Modular Multi-Program Network Creator also supports subscriptions with single payments (a very unique feature), which simply means members can maintain their subscription membership by making manual payments each period. Members are sent payment reminder emails, and must login to manually make another payment before their grace period expires, to save their powerlines, and continue to earn, and get any other program benefits reserved for paid members only.

In other words, you can run subscription programs, with payment processors that don't support subscription payments, such as egold, and checks by mail!

Egold does not have true subscription payments, and our unique software allows us a way to offer such payment processors, despite their lack of subscription support. Members simply get an email reminder when payment is due, and can make another payment. Please note - also a VERY unique feature - members can pay by different payment processors every month if they wish! How's that for flexibility?

Safepay and Paypal do have true subscription payments (automatic recurring payment APIs), and our script supports those as well.

Subscriptions are totally automated. Members are reminded to make payments monthly, and if members do not pay on time, they can be given a grace period, and a second reminder, after which if they still do not pay, they lose their downlines, and are denied access from the program, when their grace period expires.

Instant Member To Member Payments AND / OR Company takes payments, and pays out affiliates

You can create single (one time) payment programs AND / OR subscription based programs using Google Checkout, Authorize.net, Safepay, Alertpay, Paypal, and Egold. Each processor is optional, and easily turned on or off in the configuration file, by simply setting it to "true" or "false".

All payments are 100% IPN secure! No one can cheat their way in. A detailed history logs all payments, including processor names, dates, and transaction IDs.

All payments made are member to member, except Authorize.net, which is a payment gateway for a merchant account. We also provide a complete affiliate tracking and payment marking system, so if you wish to accept entire membership payments with credit cards, you can easily track and pay your affiliates. * If you want to accept credit cards for admin payments only, you can do that, as well.

NOTE: When you use a member to member only payment system, members get INSTANT GRATIFICATION, since the money goes directly into their payment processor accounts. This not only makes for EXTREMELY HAPPY AND MOTIVATED AFFILIATES, but it also means there's no 1099 tax form reporting for you to do for your members!

Taking Payments Outside The System allows tremendous flexibility for all program owners, as it greatly helps to facilitate sales.

This new payment marking system is set up at the discretion of the administrator. When running, the system allows members to send and receive money between each other, via any means they can both agree on, be it a bank wire, echeck, western union, moneybookers, sfipay, check by mail, etc.. This no longer confines members to only the payment processors supported by the software (which currently include Google Checkout, Paypal, Safepay, Alertpay, Egold, and Authorize.net). This kind of power can push sales into overdrive.

NOTE: When subscription payments are marked manually as paid, they will be assumed paid every month, unless and until the receiving sponsor marks that payment as unpaid.

Our software is simply a tool that measures and tracks genealogy and payments, etc.. It does not actually handle or store any type of money. The payment pages create payment links to third party sites (our supported payment processors), with which members can login to accept and send payments. Our software will then track IPNs reported back to the server by the processors every month, to assure payments are being made. To use Authorize.net, you must have a digital certificate, for SSL, and no credit card data is ever stored on your server. It gets passed directly to Authorize.net, which will approve or deny the transaction.

You have the option to send unpaid members up to 3 follow up emails, reminding them to upgrade for maximum benefit, i.e. being able to earn commissions as a paid member. NOTE: This feature will be upgraded shortly to allow unlimited follow up emails to unpaid members

All members register for free, then may login to upgrade to a paid membership. If you do not wish to allow free members, you may elect to simply have them removed from the database, if they have not upgraded within your chosen time frame, specified in days. If you allow free members to stay, they will get email updates sent to the members, but they will not be able to earn in any program(s), unless you have defined a comp plan that allows free members to earn commissions on membership sales in that program.

The admin also has the option to allow unpaid members to join the program, and earn commissions on as many levels as the admin desires. This eliminates the standard "pay to play" requirement found in most programs.

NOTE: Currently you may reward free members on the tier commission structure only. They cannot earn on powerline commissions (but this feature is under consideration). If giving free members commissions, is important to you, you should consider using the tier structure as part of your comp plan. We will gladly assist you in creating your comp plan, if desired.

If you want to allow free members only, we can simply set up your site without a paid program. This can be useful for things like: creating a downline builder, simple genealogy tracking, program pre-launches, where you want to create excitement, and have members recruiting and pre-building their downlines, (but not actually have the program live until you decide it's time), etc..
